RYAN Peniston's dreams of qualifying for the Australian Open are over.
The 28-year-old from Great Wakering made it through to the second round of qualifying in Melbourne after beating Swede Elias Ymer 6-1, 4-6, 7-6 in his opening clash.
But Peniston was unable to build on the win and was beaten 6-3 6-2 by Tunisian Aziz Dougaz.
