SINCE the opening of the Colchester branch in June 2006, Swanstaff Recruitment has gone from strength-to-strength.

Having worked within the sales and recruitment sectors for 18 years, Paul brings a wealth of experience, which includes screening candidates to a substantially-higher level.

Following extensive training in head-hunting, Paul is now developing a new division of executive search, enabling Swanstaff to actively source the right calibre of candidates which clients require.

Another key area of business which Paul will be dealing with is recruit to recruit, where it will source experienced sales executives looking to transfer skills and gain opportunities within the recruitment industry.

CHALLENGE This will include sourcing opportunities for experienced consultants looking for a new recruitment challenge.
