Fire breaks out in bathroom of Basildon home

FIREFIGHTERS were called to a home in Basildon after a fire broke out in the bathroom.

The fire happened at a property in Ayletts at around 11:30am today and is believed to have been triggered by a gas boiler.

Two crews from Basildon Fire Station managed to extinguish the blaze by 11:50am.

Not these days. You can have totally enclosed boilers virtually anywhere these days. They take their air from outside, the exhaust gases cannot get into the room, provided you have it checked regularly for safety, no problem!

Rubbish!

If that was the case then anyone without a garage would be without one.

Why do some people make silly claims about the law.

Heck, it is quite lawful to have the main fusebox in the WC! (as long as there is no bath or shower)
