Police release image of man accused of sending threatening text messages

Paul Dowman, 31, is suspected of sending a string of threatening text messages
POLICE have released the image of a man suspected of sending a string of threatening text messages.
Officers are appealing for information on the whereabouts of Paul Dowman, 31, who previously lived in Billericay.
Anyone with information that would assist police is urged to contact Dc Chris Rhodes on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

The fact they have given 101 as the contact number sums up how urgent / important they think this is.
The Echo is only doing the story as they have nothing else to talk about an the police just happened to release his photo this week.
