Man bailed after woman found dead at home in Vange

A MAN that was arrested after a woman was found dead in a house in Vange has been released on bail.
Investigations are continuing into the death of the 39-year-old woman whose body was found by paramedics.
They had been called to the terraced house in Swanstead on Monday, March 11 and contacted police after making the grim discovery.
An Essex Police spokesman said a post-mortem examination was carried out on Tuesday, March 12 but further tests and inquiries, including toxicology tests, are continuing to establish the cause of death.
The spokesman added: “A 46-year-old man from Basildon who was arrested in connection with the investigation was bailed until May 17 pending further enquiries.”
