POLICE are appealing for information after goods worth a five figure sum were stolen from a car in Westcliff.
The goods were stolen from a BMW in Hamlet Court Road between 9.45pm and 10.45pm on Saturday, July 13.
They included a distinctive silver pocket watch with the words 'Keep me clean and treat me well and I to you the truth will tell' written on the dial.
Other watches were also stolen, along with Ray Ban sunglasses with a tortoiseshell frame, clothes including a motorcycle jacket, some crockery and a necklace.
