SOUTHEND Council is expected to approve plans for a new drug recovery service in the former County Chambers, in Clarence Street, Southend, on Wednesday.
South Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust has already transferred its community drug and alcohol service into an adjoining property.
Crime Reduction Initiatives wants to open the drug service next door.
