DETECTIVES want to trace two women that might have been the victims of a flasher.

The alleged offence happened in St Martins Square in Basildon at around 2.20pm.

Philip Helps, 61, of Travers Way in Basildon was arrested by police on suspicion of exposure on June 9.

He was later charged and will next appear at Basildon Crown Court on September 12.

He is currently remanded in custody.

Police need to trace two women who are believed to have walked across St Martins Square when the alleged incident happened.

The women are asked to contact Dc Pat Whitehead at Basildon police station on 101.
