POLICE are hunting a man in connection with a hate crime in Westcliff earlier this month in which a man was racially abused.
Officers say a man leant out of the passenger window of a car driving along Mount Avenue and yelled racist abuse at a man as he walked along the road.

The 37-year-old victim was left extremely distressed after the unprovoked attack at around 6.45pm on Friday, September 5.
Police would like to speak to a man described as white, in his early 20s, of slim build with short dark, cropped hair with a widow’s peak.
He was a passenger in the front of a silver Renault Clio and wearing a blue polo shirt with a stripe on the collar.
