Man in court charged with burglary
A MAN has appeared in court, charged with burglary.
Colin Sharp, 33, of no fixed address, is charged with breaking in to a house in Caister Drive, Basildon and stealing mobile phones worth £540.
Magistrates decided the case was so serious that it was transferred to Basildon Crown Court.
He will next appear at court via video link on May 15 for a plea and case management hearing.
Sharp was denied bail.
