The man in question
Police want to question a serial flasher who exposed himself three times in one day in Pitsea and Basildon.
Essex Police has released an e-fit of the man, believed to be aged between 45 to 60.
He was seen by a woman standing in Stokefelde in Pitsea exposing himself on February 9 at 3.20pm.
He is also believed to have been involved in two other exposure incidents on the same day, firstly at 8.15am in an alleyway close to Summercoates in Basildon and then at 8.55am in Cumberland Drive, Basildon.
Anyone who recognises the man, around 5 ft 7, is asked to call PC Rob Duffy at Basildon Police Station on 101.
