DEWAR'S has launched a few whisky cocktails in time for Hogmanay.

The chain has brought in mixologists and their first creation is the Apple Spice.

Take 50mls of Dewar's White Label and add equal parts apple juice and ginger ale and garnish with a slice of lemon.

For a cocktail for people who don't like whisky, they have created the Raspberry Sour. Take 50 mls of Dewar's White Label, 10mls of raspberry syrup, 25mls of lemon juice, 10mls of gomme sugar syrup and 4 raspberries.
