Man arrested in connection with park rape
A 20-YEAR-OLD man from Basildon has been arrested on suspicion of rape after a teenage girl was sexually assaulted in a park.
The man has been released on police bail pending further enquiries until August 3.
Enquiries are continuing and anyone with information is asked to contact the South Sexual Offences Investigation Team on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
