Air ambulance lands in Long Riding in Basildon
The air ambulance has landed in Basildon after a man in his 30s collapsed.
Ambulance crews and the Herts Air Ambulance were sent to Brownlow Bend, off Long Riding, at about 10.30am today after a man went into cardiac arrest.
When crews arrived, he was unconscious and not breathing but paramedics managed to resuscitate him.
He was taken by land ambulance to Basildon Hospital in a serious condition.
