ONE of South Essex's biggest firms has been fined £95,000 for breaking safety regulations which put lives at risk.
Case New Holland was also ordered to pay £59,000 in prosecution costs at Basildon Crown Court.
The company admitted a series of breaches at its tractor plant in Cranes Farm Road between November 2006 and May 2008.
Failures included breaches in the safety of equipment and training which put the lives of its 1,400 strong workforce at risk.
