Where EXACTLY is Hornon-on-the-Hill?

WHY did the car flip over? I drive my one, and it doesn't have any flip-over device.

Quite simple as to why the car flipped over - someone was driving too fast, the car couldn't handle the corner and either ended up on 2 wheels where gravity took it's toll or in the ditch.
