6 years is a joke.

He'll be out in 3, get a nice chuck of free education and qualifications while in there and straight into a council house while this young girl has to live with what happened to her for life.

Castration is the only answer for rapists i'm afraid.

No he be out in 2 if he goes on the sex offenders rehabilitaion course. I know someone who just recieved 7 years first offence for stealing £209,000 from a bank bearer style bond. He never raped a girl or molested a girl he signed papers to commit fraud. 7 years fraud and 6 years rape. 15 years rape and 7 years fraud sounds better.

This man has violated the human rights of another being in a vile way yet the sentence doesn't reflect the trauma that has been inflicted, the only trauma in fraud is some angry calls to whatever financial institution was ripped off, these institutions are INSURED against such events whereas the victim must undergo trauma counselling and may never even truly recover mentally from the attack, yet in this time the man will be released and maybe commit another rape.

It's time we sent a heavier message to those who violate in this manner, instead of prison why not chemical castration? Kill their sex drive and you kill their future sex crimes...

6 years, so he'll do half of that on good behaviour ... Meanwhile the poor teenager will have to live with what he did to her for the rest of her life ...

Plus she will have gone through degrading examinations and a lengthy wait to see if she has contracted a STD or Aids ...

Hope the young girl is recovering from this atrocious sexual attack committed by Curtis Pizzey.

This piece of mentally dysfunctional scum should reserve a dose of his own medicine in prison.

If ammends to the Law were made a "heavier" message to all these "would-be" culprits could be delivered.
Castration would definitely be disuasive and fit the crime!

I SINCERELY Hope this young lady victim can get through her ordeal, as my now Late Wife was a victim, but NOBODY believed her as she lost her memory AFTER being badly beaten-up the first time of three.

Unfortunately i have had the misfortune of meeting this man... and i am fully behind all the comments on here about castration and longer sentence.. in my opinion he has potentially ruined her entire life so 30 years plus would be fitting punishment. and at the very least castration and 20 years on good behaviour... i feel sick beyond belief that i have meet this man... he is beyond the lowest scum on the earth...

This is how it comes over. And I don't blame the Police.
You can Rape my wife. You can molest my children. But don't touch my money.

If castration hasn't been awarded to Curtis Pizzey today, let's hope that some justice will be organised in prison.
A flavour of his own sexual attack towards that poor girl, could infact be reflected towards his @rse Let's hope he learns something inside & gets some of the just deserts that inmates could have in store for him!.
