Women pinned against wall in street attack

A WOMAN was grabbed and pinned against a wall by a hooded thug during a frightening attack.
The 34-year-old woman from Basildon had been walking through Sunnedon in Basildon - near to the vet surgery - when the attack happened.
She was grabbed from behind by a man who pinned her against a wall and threatening her.
He then fled empty-handed towards Clay Hill Road.
The man is described as white, of medium build, had stubble and wore a black baseball cap, black jacket with the hood up and dark jeans.
Witnesses to the incident, which happened at 3pm on Wednesday, can contact police at Basildon on 101.
