Man found dead in van at Basildon's Festival Lesiure Park

A MAN was found dead in a van at Festival Lesiure Park on Thursday evening.
Police, Fire and Ambulance services were called to the scene on Cranes Farm Road at 8.05pm following reports of concern for a 50-year-old man.
Paramedics subsequently declared the man to be dead after discovering him in a van. Police are not treating the death as suspicious and the coroner has been informed.
Police cordoned off the area before leaving the scene at 10.45pm.
