if he ended up in a ditch he must of lost control in some way shape or form...lets face it you don't purposely drive into a ditch when in control...well not normally anyway.

What happened then ?

If you are telling the true version of events you have nothing to worry about.

So, 1) He purposely drove into the ditch; 2) He was in full control of his vehicle; and 3) He also hit your car.

Sounds like he was trying to escape an attacker. Or maybe he was attacking Holly? Or he was purposely trying to get his car written-off for an insurance payout.

Holly has added nothing to this story other than casting suspicion on the guy that had to be rescued.

mmm good points, perhaps Holly has ulterior motive.

Could it be possible that it was Holly who caused the accident ? If she has not at fault surely she would be more forthcoming with her version of events. Its all very strange.
