Libraries to help mental health patients

RESIDENTS with mental health problems can get support from their local libraries.

Libraries across South Essex have teamed up with the to offer help to people suffering mental health problems.

Dubbed, Get Your Life Back, the self-help programme will see people encouraged to visit their local library .

They will be given access to a range of books to help improve their understanding of their own problems and how to manage their condition.
