AN artist handed over two of his amazing creations to Basildon Council chairman, Mo Larkin.
Basildon-based artist Jeffrey Porter was all smiles as he donated two pieces of artwork to Mrs Larkin so they can be hung in the council offices in St Martin’s Square.
Mr Porter, a visual artist and poet, uses text, photography and digital manipulation to produce vibrant imagery.
A lot of his work depicts British culture and national identity, unification and peace, as well as religious and romantic themes.
