almost as stupid as a person who assumes the person who got hit was 'trying to cross the road' ? Did you witness it? ever considered the fact there may be many reasons why this accident happened ?
Please, go back to the drawing board, have a good think, and when you feel you have a comment worth posting, post it.

This Dork should leave his dog Alfie post for him, he is always off the mark like this.

He once tried to say Easter eggs had nothing to do with Easter. He stuck with that until Alfie wised him up.

Actually, there is a lot of debate on this and no proven conclusion. What is proved is that Christianity did cherry-pick many of it's festivals and celebrations from other previous beliefs and it is known that the giving of decorated eggs was practised by the ancient Persians to celebrate Nowrooz, their new year festival which occurred during the spring equinox long before the birth of Christ.

It has taken me so long to register that someone has beaten me to it, but I was going to say that easter eggs are a pagan symbol and nowt to do with Christianity, though some would say, neither is Easter.....however I think we have strayed from the original post somewhat !

If the pedestrian was in the road, it was his fault. Take him to court for causing the accident. He would be to blame.

i am entitled to say what i want. how am i off the mark i've only posted 3 posts? the reason i say he crossed the road is because its an acciedent hotspot its why there is a massive fence down the the middle because the pie keys kept walking accross and getting run over. i know this for a fact because i work opposite and see this alot of times. so if i am proven wrong there will be an apology. katch22 we all know you are a ducksquack.
If you work opposite the large fence, then you'll know that's actually by the Total garage opposite the Mayflower retail park - and not outside Porky's Diner - which has a Shell petrol station...
