TROUBLE hotspots were targeted by police in a successful summer-long campaign to curb anti-social behaviour.
Operation Carnival ran across Shoebury over the summer holidays and led to a 43 per cent drop in bad behaviour, police say.
The initiative saw increased patrols of local neighbourhood constables and police community support officers across locations including the Four Rivers estate, Shoebury East Beach, Maplin Way, Shoebury Park and Friars Park.
