THE weather had a major impact on the south Essex football programme this afternoon.
Concord Rangers' home match against Havant & Waterlooville in Skrill South was postponed.
Canvey Island's Ryman Premier trip to Kingstonian survived the rain but the Gulls went down 3-1.
Harrison Chatting put the Gulls ahead in the 13th minute from the penalty spot.
But Andre McCollin (59), Ryan Moss (64) and Dee Okojie (84) netted in the second half to secure the points.
And East Thurrock United picked up a point from their goalless draw at Bury Town.
Billericay Town's clash against Harrow Borough at New Lodge fell foul of the weather.
And it was a washout for all five of the local Essex Senior League sides, with Eton Manor v Bowers & Pitsea, Hullbridge Sports v Great Wakering Rovers, London APSA v Basildon and Southend Manor v Stanstead all being postponed.
