CONCORD Rangers booked their place in the final of the Essex Senior Cup with a 2-0 win over AFC Hornchurch.
The Beach Boys came into the match as favourites, being the holders and playing against a team from a lower division, but were taken right to the final whistle by the Urchins.
Goalless at half-time, despite a number of attempts it was the visitors who took the initiative in the second half when Matt Fry flicked home Sam Collins' free-kick.
And the result was sealed in the dying moments, when substitute Gary Ogilvie beat home goalkeeper Sam Mott to the ball to prod home.
Concord will face either Billericay Town or Aveley, who play on Monday, in the final.
