THE non-league pre-season calendar is in full swing now with all of our teams in action tomorrow.
Concord Rangers’ new boss Adam Flanagan takes his team to face a Harlow Town team he will know well.
Flanagan led Brentwood to promotion from Ryman One North last season and twice faced a Harlow side who looked odds-on to win promotion but lost in the play-off semi-final to a Thurrock team who were then crushed by Flanagan’s Brentwood in the final.
Billericay play their first home game of pre-season against National League South outfit St Albans (3pm kick-off) while their Ryman Premier rivals Canvey are also at home as they play host to Essex rivals Aveley from the Ryman One North.
There’s another all-Essex encounter at Rookery Hill where East Thurrock United welcome a Witham side who were relegated from the Ryman Premier last season (3pm kick-off).
Finally Dan Trenkel takes his Great Wakering Rovers side to Ryman One South side Three Bridges.
