Concord Rangers 2-3 Dartford
National League South
From the Aspect Arena
CONCORD Rangers let a two-goal advantage slip as they conceded twice in the final five minutes to lose against Dartford.
The Beach Boys had started the game on form, and took a lead into half-time, with Lewis Taaffe scoring his first goal of the season in what was his first start of term after just two minutes.
And when the striker doubled his advantage following a defensive slip-up on the hour mark it seemed as through the points would be staying on Canvey.
But a James Hammond own goal midway through the half set-up a nervy ending. And when Andy Pugh (85 minutes) and Tom Bradbrook (91 minutes) found the net, the result was confirmed.
Concord Rangers are in action at home on Saturday, when they host Hemel Hempstead Town.
Concord Rangers: McNamara, Fox, Stephen (Hammond), Doyle, King, Lee, Greenhalgh, White, Gardner, Cawley (Brayley), Taaffe (Stokes)
