THE PREVIEW: Back-to-back wins have seen the feel-good factor return to Billericay Town.
Billericay had gone three league games without a victory prior to that, but they now find themselves outside the play-off places on just goal difference.
Craig Edwards’ side claimed a creditable 2-2 draw in the reverse fixture, although they will be looking for more of the same tomorrow, following a 4-1 home win against Leiston on Tuesday.
Kingstonian sit just a point below Billericay in the standings, although have three games in hand over them, meaning an away victory would give the K’s the edge in a play-off race heading into the closing months of the season.
WHAT HE SAYS: Town manager Craig Edwards, inset, said: “We were very good against Leiston and it was good to see Jordan (Cox) and Tom (Derry) get a couple of goals. It looked as though there was a good understanding between the two of them and that is encouraging.
“Kingstonian will be another tough test for us, as they are a very good side, with a variety of attacking options. We played a cracking 2-2 draw there in their last game and, with both teams in form ahead of this match, it should be another good game for everyone.”
