CASTLE Point Joggers had four runners in action at the Brighton Marathon.
Ben Avery set a new personal best with 3 hours 25 minutes and 11 seconds while Colin Dunn finished in 3:58:30, Mark Whitney 4:32:32 and Rory Stone 4:49:04.
They also had a number of athletes in the Brighton 10k with John Sweeney 44:58, Paul Jackaman 49:06, Mike Hayward 54:59, Debbie Dunn 57:50 (PB), Karen Sweeney 59:01 and Jayne Hayward 01:01:59 all taking part.
At the Braintree Five, Richard Bonham ran 33:17, Adam Poulton 34:17, Cliff King 34:59, Graeme Edwards 37:36, Ian Hart 39:23, Katie Adcock 43:57 (PB), Kairen Hart 44:58, Phil Ransom 44:59, Roger Hare 48:29 and Jude Hare 48:30 who was first in FV65 category.
