l RUNDOWN: Bowers & Pitsea continue their Ryman North adventure tomorrow as Haringey Borough make the trip.

Rob Small’s team have won four of their first six matches and have acclimatised to the division well, currently outside the play-off places on goal difference.

They were 3-0 winners in the Ryman League Cup on Tuesday while things have not been as rosy for Haringey in recent times.

Borough have lost their last four in all competitions, conceding 14 goals in that period and they sit 15th in the league.

Both teams have been scoring for fun so far this term, with 28 goals coming in their 12 matches so far.

With three of their next four matches at home, Bowers will want to start off this mini-run in the right fashion tomorrow.

l MANAGER’S VIEW: Bowers boss Rob Small said: “They have a year’s more Ryman League experience than us. When I was first here they won the league and we came second so I know Haringey well.

“They have an experienced team with dangerous players. They have a new pitch this year and have aspirations of promotion themselves maybe.

“They might not be one of the biggest names but they will back themselves.”

l TEAM NEWS: Brad Warner could return following a recent injury, Lewis Manor is fit. Shomari Barnwell could play.
