Motorists are facing severe delays this morning leaving Basildon following reports of a crash involving two vehicles blocking the London-bound lane.
Essex Travel News has reported a crash between two vehicles prior to the B186 at Warley, causing severe delays backing up to the Fortune of War.
Drivers are experiencing delays of 19 minutes or more, with an average speed of 10 mph being reported on the busy road.
Delays have not yet started to ease and drivers are advised to be aware.
